Mini-Consultation and Topic Breakfast Tables *Topic numbers below correspond to table numbers
Instructions for consultation/discussion tables: The intent of this programming is to allow individuals to receive consultation from a small group around specific challenges they are dealing with at their home institutions related to the designated table topic. Each small group should designate a facilitator. Those who wish to discuss/receive consultation around a particular challenge should briefly present the scenario with enough contextual background for others to understand the setting. Facilitators will then lead a consultative discussion with other members of the table providing ideas and feedback to the person who is sharing their challenge. The facilitator should try to allow time for each of the individuals at the table who wish to present to have time to do so. |
